01 · Cascade search, not a shared index
We do not have a people database. We do not sell access to a static people database.
We build the search path for your market, find the right companies and contacts, and turn the raw data into records your team can use.
For each customer we design a cascade: a sequence of sources and queries, with fallbacks when a source is empty or stale. Different profiles need different sequences, because a SaaS ICP and a freight ICP do not walk the same path — and neither should their go-to-market data.
We have been writing those queries and keeping the paths that work.
Clay, Apollo, and manual research all have a place. Each source sees a different slice of the market. We build the route: where to start, what to trust, what to enrich, and when to leave the general tools behind.
The output we care about is recent, accurate, and a fit for your ICP. Volume of a global index is not the point.
02 · When general tools go quiet
Apollo and Clay hold a lot of broad B2B data. For a generic motion, a lot of the work can live there.
Some markets are barely in those catalogs. Trucking, fleet, and freight are the working example. You need other databases and other lists. We have done that homework for niches like these, and we build the search pipeline and the data pipeline around those sources.
This is the coverage argument: people and companies the common indexes do not contain.
03 · Two problems at once
If your competitors all live in Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Clay, two things happen at the same time.
- You never reach the buyers who are not in those indexes.
- You and your competition, all work the same buyers who are in those indexes, with similar lists and similar messaging.
We exist for both problems. We find the buyers the big indexes miss, then build a path around your market instead of handing you a default export.
Hand-drawn is the idea: someone who knows the market chose the path, rather than a product default.
04 · Ready-to-market data
A search result is not a sales asset.
We structure the output to how your company actually maps go-to-market and revenue operations. We clean it and post-process it so that when it lands in your CRM or your tools, someone can work it.
“Ready to market” is the finish line. Then we make sure your CRM and sales tools can actually use the data.
