01 · The problem

Fourteen subscriptions. Three do the same thing.

Leads get lost between tools, and nobody can say where. Before you buy a fifteenth, find out which five you need and what each gap is costing you.

The audit maps how a cold prospect becomes a customer today, then scores every step against the BiTS framework.

02 · The framework

Six components, in the order they depend on each other.

BiTS stands for Business Intelligence, Tooling and Strategy. Each pillar holds two components. Fix the foundation first and everything stacked on it gets cheaper.

Raw leads arrive enriched, scored and routed before a rep picks up the phone, with a research brief attached.

97%CAC reduction · Datatruck

Every gap gets a number. What will not pay back goes on the do‑not‑build list.

03 · Try the readout

Score your engine in thirty seconds.

Rate each component from 0 (absent) to 3 (AI‑native). The readout redraws with your answers: where the biggest gain sits, and what is not worth building.

Your ratings stay in this browser. They only leave in the booking request you send.

What if the audit shows there is nothing worth building?

Then we say so, and you have avoided an expensive pilot. We only recommend what we can show pays back.

How long does the audit take?

Two to four weeks at a fixed price, depending on the size of your stack. It ends with a readout: the scorecard, the gap map with its numbers, and a go or no go on each fix.

What does it cost?

The audit is fixed price, quoted on the first call once we know your stack and team. Half of the fee credits to the build if you start within 90 days.

Is AI outbound just spam that hurts the brand?

Bad AI outbound is. We run tight ICP lists, relevance from enrichment, volume caps per domain, separate sending infrastructure and kill switches. You approve every message framework before it sends.

Our data is not ready for AI.

That is what the audit tests, and the belief is wrong about as often as it is right. Where data is the blocker, the first 90 days fix that specifically.

Does this replace our sales team?

No. The machine handles enrichment, scoring, routing and forecasting. Your team spends its time on the replies and the calls.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Everything is built in your accounts. If we part ways, the machine keeps running.

What do you need from us?

Read access to your CRM, sequencer and data tools, and a few calls with the people who run them. We spend about two weeks inside your data, calls and market before the readout.
